Our second sonogram was today and it was confirmed that it's a boy. Daniela and I are really excited. During our appointment, they did their normal measurements and observations. We were able to see him move around. Actually, he wouldn't stop moving. He was waiving his arms and kicking his legs. It was the most amazing thing we have ever seen. He must have been cranky that we woke him up for the appointment because it took the lady almost 15 minutes to get him to turn over so that she could get a picture of his face. March 25th & April 2nd
HERE IT IS!! This is the date of our next sonogram. We'll find out if it's a boy or a girl at this appointment.
Our next appointment with Dr. Bielawny is on April 2nd. We will find out the results of the most recent blood work and will discuss the sonogram from the 25th.
Today's Appointment
Today was our 3rd appointment with Dr. Bielawny. Everything with the previous blood tests came back good. Daniela does not carry the Cystic Fibrosis gene so she can never have a child with the disease. She gave blood to do the 2nd round of tests.
Her skin has been very itchy the past couple weeks. The doc said that it is PUPPs. Basically a common rash that affects many pregnant women. He said that Benadryl should keep it under wraps.
We got the great news that we will find out the answer to the famous question in 3 weeks. Our sonogram to determine the sex of the baby is on March 25th. Mark your calendars!
